About Us

Guiding Students Towards the Right Career, School and University

At CareerAfterSchool.com, we believe that choosing a career is not about following a trend or selecting a profession based only on marks. It is about understanding a student’s strengths, interests, personality, aspirations and potential, and then helping them make informed academic and career choices.

Our goal is simple — to help students discover the right direction and give families the guidance they need to make confident decisions about education and careers.

We work with students across India and Nepal, providing personalised career counselling, psychometric assessments, stream selection guidance, school and boarding school guidance, and support for higher education and international admissions.

Our Belief

The right career decision begins with the right questions.

We want every student to have the opportunity to understand their potential, explore their possibilities and make educational choices with confidence.

Whether a student is deciding on a school, stream, subject combination, undergraduate course, university or international education pathway, our role is to provide the guidance, information and perspective needed to make that decision thoughtfully.

Because a student's future deserves more than a quick decision.

Our Team

CareerAfterSchool.com has grown from individual counselling into a team of professional career and education counsellors working with students and families across India and Nepal.

Our team brings together experience in career counselling, psychometric assessment, education planning, school guidance and international admissions.

We believe that good counselling should not simply tell a student what to choose. It should help them understand why a particular choice may be right for them.

Our professionals work closely with students and parents to make the process more structured, personalised and informed.

Our Approach

1. Understand

We begin by understanding the student's academic background, interests, personality, aspirations and concerns.

2. Assess

Where appropriate, psychometric assessments help provide additional insight into the student's interests, aptitude, personality and potential career directions.

3. Explore

We help students explore suitable academic streams, subjects, schools, universities and career pathways.

4. Guide

Students and parents receive personalised guidance based on their individual circumstances rather than generic career advice.

5. Plan

The objective is to create a practical academic and career roadmap that students can work towards with greater clarity and confidence.

More Than Counselling

Understanding the Student

Every student is different.

Two students with similar academic scores may have completely different interests, personalities, strengths and aspirations. That is why we do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach.

Our counselling process focuses on understanding the whole student — not just their marks.

Through conversations, assessments and structured guidance, we help students explore:

Who am I?
Understanding personality, interests, strengths and areas of potential.

What am I good at?
Identifying abilities and skills that can support future academic and career choices.

What do I enjoy?
Exploring genuine interests rather than simply following popular career trends.

What are my options?
Understanding academic streams, subjects, courses, institutions and emerging career opportunities.

Where can this path take me?
Connecting today's academic decisions with long-term education and career possibilities.
